With accepting the fact I’m not a corporate lackey any more, I have to give thought to the ways of creating financial security. Does everyone go through this when they reach a certain age? Anyway, talking with Michael today, I realized I could get some frames on my photographs that have been sitting in the closet collecting dust and the same for my watercolor paintings and sell those. Michael said he would hang them for me and since my sister does art and craft shows, I can call her to find out the “ins and outs” of doing this kind of stuff. Seems to me becoming a member of an art association would probably be good too. My treats tonight from Michael were to be met at the bus stop and walked home and then taken out to dinner. Yippee, he took me to my favorite Mexican place (next to Taco Bell) and I had a black bean burrito. All my Weight Watcher education went out the window and I ate the whole thing and enjoyed every bite.
