It's good to hear you're sounding happier. Getting stuck into physical activities always helps I find. Apart from anything else, it gives a sense of achievement, which in itself is something to feel positive about.
I smiled to read about Max. In my experience cats love watching people work. They're not daft, are they?! :-)

Glad your mood is up now...hope it lasts...having Mighty Max there is such a blessing. I have two collie-type blessings who keep me up all night and I haven't decided yet it they are really blessings or burdens! I need sleep!

My Aurora always "helps" me clean. Her job is to take a power nap in any spot from which something is moved. (Slighly inconvenient if my plan is to move the thing back or put something else there!)

Thanks for stopping by Wyndspirit. What I find funny is how Max plops down and watches me as I work along. He seems so fascinated. Plus, you're right about they want to be right where you're needing to do the work. Max does that when I'm washing the floor.
